Training and counseling

We provide comprehensive training and counseling to guide your team through the complaint process. This includes assisting your team with developing a structured, thorough investigative plan.

Individual Complainant Interview

We conduct a comprehensive and objective interview with the complainant to ensure every basis and allegation is accurately captured. This thorough interview is designed to:


  • Extract specific details regarding the incidents or actions that led to the allegations.
  • Identify potential witnesses and critical evidence.
  • Establish a foundational understanding of the facts without making final      determinations. 


 While this specific service focuses solely on the complainant and does not include interviews with managers or other witnesses, it yields the precise information required to build a structured investigative plan. This actionable plan equips your team with the necessary insights to confidently handle the next steps of the investigation

Multiple Complainants, Witnesses, and/or Manager Interviews:

 When an investigation requires interviews with several complainants, witnesses, or managers, our first step is to connect with your team. During this meeting, we will define the scope of the issue and outline a strategic investigative plan. This ensures full clarity on exactly what actions need to be taken and who will be leading them.
