The preliminary assessment provides employers with objective feedback on operational strengths and identifies targeted opportunities for improvement to enhance its Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) posture. This assessment consists of the following:
1. Assess the company’s workplace culture internally and externally.
2. Assist with enhancing the employer’s EEO Risk Management Plan addressing some or all of the following areas:
- EEO and other policies.
- Personnel procedures.
- Internal Complaint process
- EEO trainings conducted
- Recruitment Sources
- Employment Training programs (External)
- Career Progression Development programs (Internal)
- Employee Morale activities
- Community involvement/engagement activities
- Maintenance of personnel activity data (i.e. Hires, Applicants, Promotions, Demotions, Terminations, Layoffs, Recalls, Transfers).
- Maintenance of Compensation/Pay data.
